1.5–2mm hole at the grout-joint intersection over the hollow spot. No tile removed.
Inject
Pump HF-20 through the hole until it refuses to take more.
Fill
The low-viscosity emulsion spreads under the tile and fills the void completely.
Re-bond
Cured in 24 hours. Tap-test again — solid. Full strength in 7 days.

Straight answers
How do I know how many pails I need?
Tap-map the floor first. One pail covers roughly 4–6 m² of hollow area depending on void depth. For a typical double-storey house with upstairs hollowness, contractors order 5–10 pails per job.
Does it work on porcelain and homogeneous tiles?
Yes. The grout bonds tile back to the screed from underneath, so the tile surface type doesn't matter. It's used on ceramic, porcelain and homogeneous tiles.
Will the tiles still pop later?
A properly filled void removes the air gap that lets tiles flex and debond. Injected areas that pass the 24-hour tap test hold. Tenting caused by structural movement is a different problem — inspect before you inject.
